Dirk Avau has a Masters in Science and Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration. He has over 20 years experience in Business to Business Sales in a high tech environment. Over the years he has built an extensive worldwide network of contacts within the most prestigious organizations. He was researcher at IMEC (microelectronics), held different positions in IBM for over 10 years and subsequently worked in telecommunications for Belgacom. He has done consulting work for different multinational companies and has recently been active in Russia, Ukraine, Romania, Greece and several states in the USA.
His expertise is in sales and sales strategies in high tech environment as well as strategic business management. He is speaker at different conferences. He can rely on a very broad corporate experience to help define strategies for multinationals to get more value from the sale of high tech solutions and technologies.

JF Plucker

Mr. Plucker is the President of BirchBob International, which he created five years ago in the United States.
Combining twenty years of experience in the field of Intellectual Property Rights and an extensive network of technology contributors, Mr. Plucker was successful at bridging the gap on an international level between technology seekers and technology providers.
Mr. Plucker is currently active in structuring international cooperation involving research laboratories and corporations
in the USA, in Japan and in Europe.

Pavlo Sheremeta
Pavlo Sheremeta is the founder and the Dean of kmbs. He obtained his MBA at Emory University in Atlanta, USA, in 1995. He also holds a Graduate Management Program Certificate from the International Management Center in Budapest and Katz Graduate School of Business, University of Pittsburgh; as well as a Diploma in Economics from the Lviv State University.
Pavlo provides consultations on organization development to a number of transnational and Ukrainian companies. Since 2004 he is a member of the Board of Central and East European Management Development Association [CEEMAN]. Together with Technological Innovations Management Centre of North-Western University, USA, Pavlo creates East-European Consortium on Innovative Management. Pavlo Sheremeta consulted such companies as PrivatBank, CKM-Finance, Sun Interbrew, "Nadra" bank, McDonalds-Ukraine, Ņisco Systems, KyivStar, Radisson SAS, etc.
