  3. The future knowledge centre will be used as focal point and mean for attracting more innovation-minded people and help find partners and investors.
  4. We expect to reveal potential of entrepreneurs who will start new businesses and services in the country.

Vision:

Ukraine is well known for its past scientific accomplishments, strong educational system and well-educated technology workforce. Acknowledging great potential of Ukraine in hi-tech sector, its strategic location and its talented people, we realize that support of national intellectual achievements is the way to social and economic development. At the same time, FLEX alumni association sees a need in informing Ukrainian leaders on possibilities and methods of extracting value from intellectual property, turning intangible assets into income, and transferring technologies as the means of generating wealth. Unlike the Western world, Ukraine is less informed about the power of technology acquisition and licensing market. Thus, by filling in an information gap, we will help the nation capitalise on its potential and take full advantage of the unique opportunities the future knowledge-based economy will create in the high-tech sector.
